Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the property, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Catering, and building services to ensure high quality standards.
Drive B2B and corporate sales efforts by actively identifying, penetrating, and securing corporate accounts, group bookings, and long-stay business.
Manage the property’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including budget planning, cost control, expense management, and payroll.
Lead and coach the sales and operations teams, setting clear individual goals, delivering regular performance feedback, and conducting annual appraisals.
Maintain excellent relationships with regular guests and VIPs, resolving any guest issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to implement strategic improvements and maximize property revenue.
Assist in the preparation of the Annual Operating Budget and business plans to achieve maximum profitability.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience preferably gained within Hotels, Serviced Apartments, or Facility Management industries.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record in corporate/B2B sales and financial budget management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with an independent mindset.
Passionate about customer service, proactive, well-presented, and socially engaged.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
