Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale HRMS and HR system implementation projects (including SAP SuccessFactors where applicable).
Formulate comprehensive project plans, defining scopes, milestones, resource allocation, and budget frameworks.
Drive robust vendor management, acting as the primary point of contact to monitor vendor deliverables, track performance, and resolve integration or deployment issues.
Partner closely with internal HR, IT, and business units to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure complete cross-functional alignment.
Maintain rigorous project governance by managing project lifecycles, mitigating risks, and delivering progress reports to senior leadership.
Oversee data migration, system testing, and post-implementation reviews to ensure high user adoption and minimal operational disruption.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6+ years of structured project management experience, with a solid track record in executing HRMS / HR technology systems.
Critical Requirement: Proven experience in vendor management, with the ability to closely coordinate with and manage external vendor delivery.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable, though candidates with experience in other tier-1 HR systems are welcome.
Proficient in project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks; relevant certifications (PMP/Agile Scrum) are an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business units and external tech partners.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
