Job Duties:
Assist in handling Director's personal and household matters
Communication / co-ordination with domestic helper & company drivers
Coordinate household affairs such as maintenance, renovation project in the house, helpers/drivers contract renewal, visa application etc.
Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and event arrangement.
Manage expense claims, petty cash, purchase of reimbursements
Co-ordination with different parties
Requirements:
Higher Diploma
5 year relevant experience serving Senior Executives/family in sizable companies
Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
Positive, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
Good command of English and Mandarin
