Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the region, identifying new market opportunities and potential for expansion.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to uncover and evaluate potential commercial opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations with potential partners, securing favorable terms and ensuring the successful closure and implementation of agreements.
- Proactively build, nurture, and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and potential clients.
Brand PR, Communications & Thought Leadership:
- Develop and implement the local PR and communication strategy to shape, enhance, and protect the company's public image and brand equity.
- Act as the primary local media contact; build and maintain strong relationships with press, influencers, and industry media; draft press releases and coordinate interviews.
- Create compelling content and manage corporate communication channels (e.g., local social media, website content) to effectively communicate our mission and achievements.
- Proactively monitor the media landscape and public sentiment; develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage any potential reputation issues.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the biotech sector through targeted initiatives, speeches, and participation in industry forums.
Integrated Operations & Project Management:
- Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute major corporate events, product launches, press conferences, and high-level business receptions.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence, policy updates, and industry trends to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Russian operations and the Hong Kong headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Fluent/Native proficiency in Russian and Fluent/Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential. Strong English skills are a significant advantage.
Experience in a combined role involving business development, strategic partnerships, and public relations, preferably within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing partnership deals.
Established network and proven experience in managing relationships with government entities, media, and industry partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management abilities and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in St. Petersburg while being an integral part of a remote international team.
