Job description

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and support interim/annual reporting (HKFRS, Listing Rules)
Manage full-set accounting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and AR/AP monitoring
Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business insights
Support tax filing, cash flow monitoring, and banking activities
Improve internal controls, finance systems, and workflows
Participate in ad hoc projects (e.g. M&A, fundraising, restructuring)

Requirements:

5–8 years’ accounting experience; HKICPA/ACCA (or in progress) preferred
Experience in listed companies or healthcare/retail industries is a plus
Strong Excel and ERP skills
Experience with audits and financial reporting is advantageous
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
