Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Fashion Collection from Fabric Sourcing, Fabric Development, Style Interpretation, Prototyping, Sampling, Fitting and Completion of Full Collection/ Capsule independently

• Conduct research on latest fashion trend, material and trim sourcing, colors, styling, fit and theme boards

• Well versed with Fabric Development and Print/ Embroidery Techniques is a definite advantage

• Can handle full set of product development process from sketch to sample development to fitting and completion of garment 

• Ability to collaborates with sample workshops, sales and other departments to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above in Fashion Design or related discipline

• Minimum 4 years or above relevant working experience in ladieswear Design and Product Development discipline, with Cut & Sewn and/ or experience in Fast Fashion for EU/US market would be an advantage

• Self-motivated & able to meet tight deadlines

• Good presentation & communication skills

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English including Mandarin

• Well versed with Photoshop & Illustrator& 3D Sampling tools

• Occasional Travel and work in both our Hong Kong Head Office and workshop in mainland China (2 days a week)
