Responsibilities:

• Responsible for brand building, product image 
• Study Market trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
• Identifying, analyzing the new product development
• Source health supplement /skincare/cosmetics formulation and packaging from manufacturers especially in the Asia Pacific
•  Manage and follow up whole health supplement/ cosmetics/skincare product development process and ensure adherence to approved and favorable cost from negotiating for maximizing product GP, quality and delivery standards
• To work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profit from the specific merchandise categories.
• To negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership
• Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties

Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree in marketing/ merchandising, retail management or related disciplines
• At least 8 year of experience in purchasing/sourcing, health supplement cosmetics/ skincare products is preferred  
• Experiencing health supplement management is a must
• Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
