Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for Finance & Accounts team to maintain finance records, account payable and account receivable to ensure the company's long term financial health and growth

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the Finance and Accounts Departments in Hong Kong, Macau market and the PRC office

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with bankers to manage loan facilities and external auditors to ensure timely statutory compliance.

  • Responsible for the corporate and finance services 

  • Involve in forecasting and budgeting for overall business strategy and objectives 

  •  Review consolidated financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring they meet listing rules and statutory requirements

  • Oversee Inventory Management and provide daily cash flow/fund availability reports

  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management 

Requirements:  

• • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance leadership role

  • Experience in Engineering, Construction, or Property Maintenance industries is a must

  • Proven experience managing finance operations in Mainland China and a strong understanding of PRC accounting standards and tax regulations

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of Dynamic is a plus) and advanced financial modeling

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

  • Strong in leadership and negotiation skills

  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua
