Job Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Control System Development:
- Design and enhance high-performance control systems, including PID and MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output) architectures for VCM, PZT, and motor controllers.
2. Simulation & Modeling:
- Conduct comprehensive control and seek model simulations using MATLAB to define and optimize system parameters across various testing platforms.
3. Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting:
- Analyze and fine-tune system parameters to maximize performance.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to servo calibration, defect detection, and vibration compensation.
4. DSP Programming:
- Review and optimize Digital Signal Processing (DSP) code to achieve faster response times and improve overall system efficiency.
5. Technical Innovation & Research:
- Drive R&D initiatives to implement the latest servo control technologies.
- Maintain high-standard documentation of all designs, simulations, and tuning processes.
6. Technical Mentorship:
- Serve as a subject matter expert to build technical expertise within the control systems team.
- Accelerate team growth through knowledge sharing and advanced problem-solving guidance.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification: Master / M.Phil / PhD
Field of Study: Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / related discipline
Years of Experience: 5 or more years of experience in embedded controls system or a related domain
Strong foundation in control system design, including experience with DSP servo control programming and MATLAB.
Working knowledge of signal processing, robust control and adaptive control systems.
Exceptional skills in failure analysis and problem investigation.
Proven ability to plan, track, and coordinate complex projects across multiple teams and timelines.
Demonstrates adaptability, independence, responsibility, and a presentable demeanour, with self-motivation to excel in dynamic environments.
Aggressive in pursuit of goals, with strong leadership, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and a deep eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Effective communication skills, including writing, verbal, and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin.
