Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Serve as the key finance partner for North East Asia (NEA), supporting strategy, budget, and financial control for Richemont Functions.
                                      • Lead budgeting, forecasts, long-term plans, and investment requests for APAC functions, working with regional and market teams.
                                      • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts with realistic assumptions, track spending, and analyze variances.
                                      • Find cost-saving opportunities, drive efficiency, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
                                      • Create and maintain budget templates, reports, and presentations; lead automation of financial processes.
                                      • Support leadership with financial insights, resource planning, and special projects to improve efficiency.

                                        • University degree from a reputable institution.
                                        • At least 8 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A.
                                        • Highly organized, process-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
                                        • Experience working in a matrix organization (retail/luxury industry is a plus).
                                        • Strong learning agility, business acumen, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset.
                                        • Strong command of both English and Chinese language skills.
