Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Lead the team to drive sales & marketing activities for the company's development portfolio 

                                • Develop and analyze sales plans, strategies & positions for the company

                                • Develop and implement market development initiatives and pricing strategies to capture market opportunities

                                • Oversee all first-hand ordinance matters.

                                • Network with agents and coordinate sales activities in sales office and launch days

                                        • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related disciplines.

                                        • At least 5 years of experience with proven successful sales track record of residential properties

                                        • Able to work within strict and tight timelines and station at different sales offices

                                        • Mature with positive mindset as well as a good team player.

                                        • Proficiency in MS office application.

                                        • Excellent verbal and written communications and language skills with fluency in English and Chinese.
