Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Master Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive, resource-loaded master baseline programs for large-scale building projects (Residential, Commercial, Institutional, or ASD/HKHA) from tender stage to project completion.
                                  • P6 Management: Act as the internal expert on Oracle Primavera P6; establish scheduling logic, critical path analysis (CPA), and key milestones.
                                  • Progress Tracking & Reporting: Conduct regular progress updates, identify variances, analyze critical path deviations, and propose mitigation/acceleration measures to the project management team.
                                  • Subcontractor & Interface Management: Coordinate and integrate sub-contractor programs, civil interfaces, and building services (BS/EM) installation schedules into the master program.
                                  • Claims & EOT Support: Perform detailed forensic delay analysis (Time Impact Analysis, As-Built vs. As-Planned) to support the commercial team in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and variations.
                                  • Stakeholder Liaison: Prepare high-level executive reports, dashboard presentations, and schedule narratives for clients, consultants, and internal directors.

                                        • Education: Degree holder in Building Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
                                        • Experience:
                                          • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, with a solid track record working directly for a Main Contractor in Hong Kong.
                                          • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Planning Manager role.
                                        • Project Exposure: Proven experience handling major building projects (e.g., high-rise residential, Grade-A offices, complex structural steel, or public sector housing/hospital projects). Familiarity with local statutory processes (BD/ASD submissions) is highly preferred.
                                        • Technical Software: Expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is mandatory. Competency in MS Project, BIM (4D simulation software like Synchro), or AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
                                        • Analytical Skills: Strong logic skills with deep knowledge of extension of time (EOT) methodologies and forensic delay analysis techniques.
                                        • Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Ability to clearly articulate complex scheduling risks to project stakeholders.
