Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Project Delivery: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring construction works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
                                  • Operational Execution: Formulate comprehensive project execution plans, construction master schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize site efficiency.
                                  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary representative to interface with clients, architectural consultants, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and relevant government authorities.
                                  • Commercial & Contract Administration: Partner with the commercial team to monitor project cash flows, control expenditures, manage variations, and oversee subcontractor procurement and performance.
                                  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and align a multidisciplinary site team (including site agents, engineers, and foremen) to foster a collaborative and high-performing working culture.

                                        • Education: Degree in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
                                        • Professional Qualification: Corporate Membership of HKIE, HKIS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent professional bodies is highly desirable.
                                        • Experience:
                                          • Project Manager: Minimum 10 -15 years of solid site management experience with a Main Contractor.
                                          • Senior Project Manager: 15+ years of experience, with a proven track record of steering building projects.
                                        • Preferred Advantages:
                                          • Strong familiarity with Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) general specifications, contract requirements, and public works administrative procedures.
                                          • Direct exposure to handling complex Government / Public Sector building contracts.
                                        • Capabilities: Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and sharp problem-solving skills under tight schedules. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
