Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Responsible for planning, executing and managing sizeable development in Hong Kong

                                  • Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;

                                  • Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;

                                  • Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;

                                  • Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements

                                        • Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines

                                        • HKIA & ARB is a must

                                        • At least 12 years of experiences in handling Hong Kong sizeable development projects 

                                        • Exposure in full project cycle is preferred 

                                        • Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;

                                        • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills

                                        • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
