• Provide contractual advice and analysis on tender documents / queries and contract documents

• Billing and monitor collection of progress / debt payments, maximize company’s cash flow and continuously minimize company debts or receivables risk exposure

• Support Project Managers throughout the post-contract phase, including WIP and Sales / Project handover meeting, advice on pricing of variations, claims, preparation and negotiation of final accounts

• Implement and monitor compliance of Organisation Norm and policies, especially Operating Net Working Capital and Limit of Authority of the company

Requirements

• A university degree or above in Surveying or Quantity Surveying

• Professional Quantity Surveying qualification (e.g. MRICS or MHKIS) with a minimum of 3 years' post qualified / chartered working experience

• Accept mobility and short-term business travels when required

• Strong analytical, negotiation and writing skills

• Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin;

• Well versed in MS applications
