Provide contractual advice and analysis on tender documents / queries and contract documents
Billing and monitor collection of progress / debt payments, maximize company’s cash flow and continuously minimize company debts or receivables risk exposure
Support Project Managers throughout the post-contract phase, including WIP and Sales / Project handover meeting, advice on pricing of variations, claims, preparation and negotiation of final accounts
Implement and monitor compliance of Organisation Norm and policies, especially Operating Net Working Capital and Limit of Authority of the company
Requirements
A university degree or above in Surveying or Quantity Surveying
Professional Quantity Surveying qualification (e.g. MRICS or MHKIS) with a minimum of 3 years' post qualified / chartered working experience
Accept mobility and short-term business travels when required
Strong analytical, negotiation and writing skills
Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin;
Well versed in MS applications
