Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Fundraising
Identifying and acquiring HNW individuals, family offices, and institutional clients, with a focus on Greater China and local premium market segments.
Assist in driving AUM growth through proactive outreach, client meetings, and disciplined follow-up, while maintaining a trackable sales pipeline.
Build and nurture relationships with banker contacts and intermediary channels (private banks, retail banks, insurance firms) to expand distribution reach.
Product Sales & Investor Support
Learn to explain product structures, return drivers, key risks, liquidity, and fees in a clear and compliant manner, with guidance from senior colleagues.
Assist in preparing client pitch materials, market updates, product offerings, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) in both English and Chinese.
Market Intelligence & Feedback
Monitor financial markets (FX, rates, fixed income) and translate market developments into investor-ready messaging with team support.
Collect and relay client feedback to help refine product positioning and target segment strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable local or overseas university (Finance, Economics, or Business preferred).
Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and funds - not just as a job, but as a field you actively follow.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage)
Self-driven and ambitious - you want to build a serious career in wealth management, not just fill a role.
Some prior internship or work experience in a financial institution, private banking, or asset management is preferred but not essential.

開拓及獲取高淨值個人、家族辦公室及機構客戶,重點覆蓋大中華區及本地高端市場。
透過主動外訪、客戶會議及嚴謹跟進,協助推動資產管理規模(AUM)增長,並維持可追蹤的銷售管道。
建立及維繫與銀行客戶經理及中介渠道(私人銀行、零售銀行、保險公司)的合作關係,以擴大分銷網絡。
產品銷售與投資者支援
在資深同事指導下,學習以清晰且合規的方式講解產品結構、回報來源、主要風險、流動性及費用。
協助準備客戶推介材料、市場動態更新、產品說明書及盡職調查問卷(DDQ)的中英文版本。
市場情報與反饋
在團隊支援下,關注金融市場(外匯、利率、固定收益)動態,並將市場變化轉化為投資者適用的資訊。
收集及傳達客戶反饋,協助優化產品定位及目標客戶策略。
職位要求
持有本地或海外知名大學學士或以上學位(金融、經濟或商科優先)。
對金融市場、資產管理及基金有真摯興趣——不只是當一份工,而是平常也會主動關注的領域。
具備優秀的溝通及表達能力,普通話及英語流利(懂粵語更佳)。
具備自我驅動力及事業心——你希望在財富管理領域建立長遠事業,而不只是找一份工作。
曾在金融機構、私人銀行或資產管理公司有實習或工作經驗者優先,但並非必須。
