Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the Quality team to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers expectation

• Conduct failure analysis, handle customer complaint and develop corrective action plan and set for preventive measurement

• Liaise with internal department, IE, sales and production department to fix quality issues

• Work closely with internal and external to make sure quality issues are well resolve

• Ensure garment qualities can meet our buyers' standards through inspections and provision of technical advices

• Manage day-to-day operations of QA/QC Department, supervise and provide training to QA/QC staffs to control garment qualities

• Accompany customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose testing plan and inspection procedure

• Quality Control compliance by integrating the guidelines into the manufacturing process so as to maintain production schedule and reduce cycle times

• Represent the Company to monitor quality of products from sample, pre-production to finished product packing, including but not limited to checking top/pre-production samples, attending pre-production meetings, in-line inspection, final inspection, packing products & etc.

• Prepare and present quality assessment reports, latest inspection summary, records and reports to merchandising team in HK and related parties in HK Headquarter

Requirements

• DSE / Forme 5 or above in clothing is preferable and/or equivalent experience in garment field with knowledge of garment construction and process

• At least 5 years working experience. Experienced in all garments including woven and knit

• Strong analytical thinking to identify root cause of defects, and problem-solving skills

• Good time management and capable to meet deadline

• Work independently, be self-motivated and able to demonstrate exceptional judgement

• Strong communication and presentation skill in English. Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must

• Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot, Lookup, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint

• This job requires candidate to station in Vietnam factory (Hanoi). Now working in Hanoi factory is preferred
