Responsibilities
Actively explore and develop new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and expand customer base in overseas markets
Maintain long-term relationships with existing & potential customers to maximize sales
Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and consistent follow-up
Responsible for the full order process from customer enquiry to order placement, delivery, and after-sales feedback
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales and shipment reports with analysis
Support marketing and sales activities, including trade exhibitions and overseas fairs
Handle both online & offline sales activities independently
Provide strong support to the team leader
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years of front-line sales experience (preferably in direct client communication and business development) is highly preferred
Proven experience in developing new customers, achieving sales growth, and brand promotion is a definite advantage
Passionate about sales, driven to meet targets
Strong knowledge and practical application of AI tools
Willing to travel, meet people, and explore new horizons
Team-player, proactive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fresh graduates with strong sales potential and right attitude may also be considered
