About Property Officer Trainee Programme

Our intensive and comprehensive programme will provide trainees an opportunity to develop the skills and professional expertise which are essential to become a Property Management professional in the industry.

• 12-month intensive programme

• Exposure in shopping malls, residential, commercial, industrial, facility properties, Clubhouse and Serviced Apartment

• Working location will be subject to individual assignment

Fastest Promotion Path:

Starting as a Property Officer Trainee in the first year, there is an opportunity to be promoted to "Property Manager" as EARLY as the 5th year.

Job requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above in any disciplines awarded in 2025 to 2026

• Fresh and IANG graduates are welcome

• Good customer service attitude

• Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese typing
