Responsibilities:
Manage expatriate team operations;
Oversee cross-border compensation and benefits systems, including tax management, allowances, and benefits alignment.;
Assist the Department Head in communicating headquarters policies and driving organizational initiatives;
Lead organization’s training programs, coordinate group-wide excellence activities, including nomination processes and execution.
Participate in other HR projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
7 years HR experience or above gained with investment banking or sizeable company;
Fluency in English and Mandarin;Both written and verbal communication skills;
Familiar with the use of Microsoft software (for example: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Enthusiasm for work and honest attitude;
Strong planning, organization, time management, execution of multiple tasks, judgment and problem-solving skills;
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
