【 Your Impact and Responsibilities 】
Sales & Service: Deliver world-class customer service while driving sales through expert product knowledge and cross-selling opportunities.
Forex Operations: Process foreign exchange transactions accurately, provide real-time rates, and ensure all till operations (cash handling) are managed strictly within limits.
Compliance & Risk: Adhere to all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, forex regulations, and airport authority policies to ensure a secure trading environment.
Operational Excellence: Manage cash discrepancies through diligent investigation and maintain high store presentation standards.
Team Collaboration: Support your colleagues to achieve team KPIs and complete all required technical training.
【 What We Look For 】
Experience: Previous experience in Retail, Cash Handling, Currency Exchange, or Banking is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and specialized currency exchange platforms.
Compliance Mindset: Basic knowledge of foreign exchange rates and a strong commitment to AML regulations.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential to serve our diverse international travelers.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to handle multi-currency transactions with high accuracy.
【 Work Arrangement & Shift Schedule 】
Location: Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).
Flexibility: Candidates must be able to work various shifts, including:
Early Shift: 05:30 – 16:30
Late Shift: 12:45 – 23:45
Overnight Shift: 19:00 – 06:00
