Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial or team-lead capacity

• Fluent in spoken English and Putonghua, good writing skill in English and Chinese

• Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies that generated measurable leads and revenue

• Strong ability to interpret data, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and present strategies to senior leadership

• A team player who works effectively with sales, product, and design teams

• Frequent travel to China is required
