Qualifications & Experience required
Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2) or equivalent; OR
Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2) or equivalent;
AND
Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel);
AND
Full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties and preferably with post-secondary certificate on personnel management or human resources
Note:
(1) For appointment purpose, "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.
(2) The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language.
(3) For appointment purpose, Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

申請人必須於香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷;或
於香港中學會考五科考獲第2級(註3)/E級或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷;
及
具備一般商業電腦軟件的應用知識包括MICROSOFT WORD及EXCEL的操作;
及
具有人事管理或人力資源管理相關的全職工作經驗;或持有人事管理或人力資源管理專上課程證書者更佳。
註:
(1) 用於招聘用途,香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3) 用於招聘用途,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
For the above clerical rank, candidate should have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
上述駐工地文書職級,申請人均須符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具同等成績。

The Opportunity

We now invite applications for the following resident site staff position for Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area Second Phase Development (PWP Item Nos. 7787CL and 7829CL Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area Advance Works Phase 3 and Stage 2 Works – Site Formation and Engineering Infrastructure). The works mainly comprise site clearance and formation (including land decontamination works) together with provision of associated engineering infrastructure works including roadworks, water mains, drainage and sewerage works, district cooling mains, cycle tracks, footpaths, box culverts, landscaping works, electrical and mechanical works and other ancillary works, fresh water service reservoir and associated mainlaying works, and implementation of environmental mitigation measures (including noise barriers) and environmental monitoring works for the works mentioned above. The works commenced progressively from the first half of 2024.
本公司現就洪水橋/厦村新發展區第二期發展(工務計劃項目第7787CL號及第7829CL號洪水橋/厦村新發展區前期工程第三期及第二階段工程 – 工地平整和基礎設施)進行招聘。工程主要包括行工地清理、工地平整(包括土地除污)和提供相關基礎設施包括道路工程、水管、排水和排污系統工程、區域供冷管道、單車徑、行人路、箱形暗渠、園景美化、機電工程及其他附屬工程、食水配水庫及相關敷設水管工程,以及就上述工程實施緩解環境影響措施(包括隔音屏障)和環境監測工程。工程已於2024年上半年陸續展開。
