- Responsible for providing full spectrum of staff recruitment functions including candidate sourcing and screening, interview, onboarding and employment related arrangement;
- Maintain accurate data and provide statistics and analysis to formulate HR reports for management review;
- Coordinate Company advertising and brand building activities;
- Supervise the team to ensure the smooth operation and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures; and
- Any HR-related projects and initiatives as directed.

Preferably a degree holder;

2 years’ work experience preferably at supervisory level;

Good knowledge and application of the Employment Ordinance & other HR-related legislations;

Strong analytical skills with good numeric sense, highly capable of data administration and attention to details;

Able to work under pressure and willing to accept extra responsibilities;

Proficiency in MS Office application, strong in Excel is definitely an advantage;

Ability to work independently without direct supervision and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines;

Good leadership, organizing ability and communication skills and is self-motivated and outgoing;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
-
Knowledge or experience in SAP system is an advantage.
