Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer services and to handle customers' enquiries
- Handling general account withdrawals, transfers, and to answer customer inquiries
- Handle counter services and balance daily transactions
- Support back-end operation and make referrals to relevant staff
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
- To coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year banking Teller experience
- Customer-oriented with communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
