The Management Trainee Programme offers a fast-track pathway to leadership roles in aviation security management. Upon successful completion of the three-year programme, trainees who meet the company’s performance standards and requirements will be appointed to managerial positions, paving the way for a rewarding and progressive career.
Requirements
- We are looking to recruit passionate individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Final-year university students or recent university graduates in any discipline;
- Interested in aviation security management and working at the Airport
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Strong self-motivation with a strong drive for excellence
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate openness, integrity, teamwork and leadership qualities
- Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holder of a valid Hong Kong work visa

What is aviation security management?
This involves planning, organising, leading and controlling functions in aviation security operation specialised in:

- Risk and Crisis Management.
Will I be expected to work on shift?
You will be required to work on shifts as the Hong Kong International Airport operates round the clock. The shift patterns depend on the posting you are assigned.
