英國女子靠eBay拍賣二手家具發達 年賺過百萬港元

隨著網購日漸發達，不少人都會選擇在網上拍賣或購買物品，也有人把網購發展成一門賺錢的「生意」。有外媒報道一名英國女子為了專心經營自己創辦的古董家具買賣公司，放棄律師工作。現在她每年的收入超過10萬英鎊（約103萬港幣），甚至還清了1萬英鎊（1.03萬港幣）的法律課程的費用。


據《每日郵報》報道，34歲的Jade Oliver在2012年成立了Heavenly Homes & Gardens，是一家以「低買高賣」的方式買賣二手家具的公司。Jade Oliver表示她會先再拍賣網站eBay大量購買一些陳舊但價格較低的家具，然後在博客中獲得靈感，將這些家具重新包裝成為較時尚的產品，再放在自己的網站裡售賣。

對於這門生意，Oliver也給出了5個成功建議：

1.      搜索物品關鍵字

Oliver表示，為了盡可能找到所有相似的物品方便格價，就要大規模搜索物品的關鍵詞。要留意搜索的物品會有什麼不同的名字或形容詞，雖然會耗費大量時間，但這樣也會讓找到合適物品的機會更大。

2.      設定搜尋通知

若想即時知道目標物品出現，需要在eBay上設定搜尋通知，儘快投標獲得心儀物品。

3.      考慮買入的時間

Oliver指出，大部分人一般會在週末或下班後參與競標物品，也更容易推高價錢。值得注意的是，要盡量避免在很多人一起競標的時間買入物品。

4.      提供最好的報價

如果發現目標物品的報價超出預算，也不要馬上放棄，可以嘗試與賣家聯絡是否能提供更優惠的價錢。

5.      什麼時候出價

 

因為太早出價會容易推高物品價錢，所以Oliver建議在競標結束前10秒內出價，也可以在競標錢設置鬧鐘或下載能自動出價的應用程式。
