8大畢業生失業率維持2％低位 平均年薪31.4萬年增3.6％

本港8間資助大學每年均會統計畢業生的就業情況，根據大學教育資助委員會最新的數據顯示，截至去年底，8大畢業生的失業率維持在2%，平均年薪為31.4萬元，按年增加3.6%，其中，香港大學畢業生年薪逾38萬元，較前年增近4%，而浸會大學的平均年薪增幅最高，按年升9.3%至25.9萬元，其次為理工大學，按年升幅近7%。

 

 

浸大增幅9.3%最高

 

教資會近日公布八大畢業生就業狀況及薪資調查結果，截至去年底，8間資助大學共有17,762名資助學士畢業生回應調查，佔整體畢業生人數85.5%。調查結果顯示，有71.7%受訪畢業生全職就業，較去年微跌1.7個百分點，而選擇繼續升學的畢業生則有16.5%。

 

此外，8大畢業生的失業率為2%，按年少0.1個百分點，另有654人就業不足，意味他們在非自願情況下，未能每周工作至少35小時，或擔任兼職或臨時工作，比例為4.8%，按年微升1.1個百分點，1175人未有求職、移民或非本地生畢業後返回原居地發展，較前年增近16%。

 

至於畢業生的薪酬待遇方面，8大畢業生年薪平均為31.4萬元，按年增3.6%。其中，港大、中文大學、教育大學及科技大學畢業生的年薪均逾30萬元，依次分別為38.5萬元、37.6萬元、36.3萬元及32萬元。不過，上學年科大畢業生薪酬較前一個學年微跌0.3%，屬八大中唯一錄得跌幅的院校，而畢業生平均年薪增幅最高的是浸大，按年升9.3%至25.9萬元，其次為理大，按年增幅近7%至29.3萬元。
