【開工厚多士】小心踩中溝通「地雷」!

與同事之間相處是一門學問,有效溝通能促進工作關係,如何成為職場上溝通高手?以下介紹六個職場溝通「地雷」,看看你有無犯下溝通錯誤。

1.發問次數太多

與同事溝通如「查問宅」,不停發問,會讓人覺得你似在「審犯」。溝通注重雙方互動,同事間可就日常瑣碎事打開話題,拋開公事。溝通氣氛應保持輕鬆,令雙方都能暢所欲言。

2.表達方式欠佳

溝通最重要的不是內容,反而是你如何表達。聲調和肢體語言是信息傳達的重要部分,例如說話時要口齒清晰,不要喃喃自語。適當時侯使用停頓,減緩說話速度,再配合肢體語言,有助完善說話內容,讓對方清楚接收訊息。

3.爭論誰對誰錯

不要強迫別人支持自己的立場。談論不是辯論,同事間毋需爭論﹔如果能心平氣和暢談,隨時能達到意想不到的收穫。

4.煩厭話題要stop!

有效溝通應處於「有趣」狀態,盡量尋找一些熱門生活資訊作為內容,吃喝玩樂都是良好的溝通材料。不過,切忌將談話內容變成個人演講,不要花10分鐘談論你的新車,而剝奪同事的發言機會。當別人對你產生厭煩時,請立即拋棄正在談論的話題。

5.切忌點頭回應

同事互相交流意見才屬健康,如果同事分享他的建議,你亦可提出意見,但不要只點頭和簡單回應,這會令人覺得你只是想馬虎了事。
