加拿大經濟前景轉好 預料2022年平均工資增2.5%

根據1項調查指出,加拿大工資將會被調高;僱主預期,2022年的平均工資增幅為2.5%。

 

 

由LifeWorks進行的調查顯示,受訪僱主對加國經濟前景越來越有信心,包括凍結加幅在內,2022年工資增幅為1.96%。

但即使如此,工資加幅仍跑輸加拿大通脹,從而令工人的消費力下降。

加拿大統計局最新公布,加國8月份綜合消費物價指數(CPI)按年上升4.1%,是2003年3月以來最大升幅。

調查發現,貿易行業的工資加幅將會最高,不包括凍薪在內的平均工資加幅為3.1%;其次是建築、住宿、食品服務及訊息技術業,估計平均加幅為3%。
